Australia’s masters of brutality Thy Art Is Murder are stoked to announce they are finally heading out on tour.

After the pandemic shut down their last three attempts to tour Australia, Thy Art Is Murder will rip through metro and regional cities across January and February 2022.

Their first headline run since the release of their earth-scorching fifth record, Human Target (2019), has been a long time coming. A bleak experience which has only gotten more dire as the years have progressed, Human Target exorcises the pangs of mortality and the pains of socio-political trauma to a soundtrack of authentic crushing death metal with blackened fury and flashes of knuckle-dragging stomp. We’re also confronted with the current state of politics riddled with hyperactive virtue signalling, extremism and disenfranchisement while our planet lurches toward an inevitable climate disaster that will extinguish humanity. Human Target foreshadowed our grim reality in 2021 and is more relevant than ever.
